We lower the barrier to
running a business that runs.
Fifteen years of operator experience, applied to the founders and teams building what comes next.
Why we exist
ITBZ exists because the entry barrier to becoming a thriving business owner is artificially high. We know how to lower it.
For years, we kept meeting the same person: someone with a real idea, a real craft, or a real audience, and a sincere belief that turning it into an actual business was somehow beyond them. The work itself was usually well within reach.
What blocked them was the threshold. The gap between I have something worth offering and I run a business that runs.
From the outside, that gap looks dense, unstructured, and unfamiliar. From the inside, with someone naming the pieces and sequencing them, it's walkable.
That's still the work. We help founders cross from idea or talent into operating business. We help established businesses reposition, pivot, and rebuild the systems underneath them. We make the path concrete.
Positioning, websites, funnels, tools: those are how we deliver the help. What we actually do is clear the path for our clients.
What we do
We help businesses outsource their biggest headaches and turn them into clear action plans.
For some clients, that means strategy work: repositioning a brand for a new market, designing the offer suite for a new business model, or pivoting an existing one without losing the equity already built.
For others, it's the brand and marketing side: identity and visual design, messaging and positioning, copy, campaigns, launches, and lead generation systems that hold up over time.
For others still, it's the infrastructure: website rebuilds, funnel design, CRM setup, AI visibility, and the tools that compound when they're set up intentionally.
What ties it together is the outcome we're aiming for. Clients who can finally compete at the level they've always been capable of, with infrastructure that holds up when things shift.
Who we work with
Our best partnerships happen with founders and teams who hold a few things in balance.
They're professional and intentional.
They have instinct and metrics, conviction and curiosity.
They want a profitable business and a respectful, integrous relationship with their market. Both — not one at the expense of the other.
We work especially well in the wellness space, where we find operators committed to real change, careful with their audience, and ready to grow without compromising what brought them in.
Smart, committed people who appreciate an authentic approach to marketing.
Brands whose model depends on preying on fears, manufacturing urgency, or chasing a sale without an honest answer to and what do they actually get?
If profit comes at the cost of authenticity and integrity, we're not the right fit. And that's okay.
How we're different
Practice what we preach
Instinct and metrics, held together
We treat instinct and data as one conversation, not two departments. The taste call on a headline and the conversion rate on the page belong in the same room. Knowing when to trust which is most of the job.
Operator-built
Fifteen years end-to-end
Our background isn't a single craft grown into an agency. We've run businesses across the full arc: idea, product, brand, marketing, customer support, technology, scale, and the messy mid-stream pivots. We get the context.
Built for the AI shift
Agile by design, AI-fluent by practice
The market is moving faster than most agencies are equipped to handle. We're agile by design and AI-fluent by practice — across product development, operations, and how customers now discover and choose brands.
The founder
Itay started ITBZ after fifteen years in the corporate world, always at the juncture between technology – data – and business. From start-ups to market research and then later into financial services. During a stretch travelling in Asia, he kept meeting people who'd attempted to build lives at a different pace, with their wellbeing and their surroundings closer to the centre. Identifying the opportunity, he decided he wanted to change how he wanted to work, connect with people rather than corporations, and make a tangible impact on people's lives.
He's an industrial engineer by training and a problem-solver by instinct. He runs ITBZ today, and most clients meet him first. He can usually tell within twenty minutes which problem someone is actually trying to solve and whether our company is a good fit for them.

Where to start
If you're navigating a shift in your market, your model, or how customers find you, we'd like to talk. The first conversation is free once we know a bit about you.
It usually gives you clarity even if we don't end up working together.
